Discovery Lab Global, the University of Cincinnati and HumanIT have partnered together to provide a Cybersecurity Camp as part of a National Security Agency (NSA)-funded program where you will learn the fundamentals of cybersecurity.

The benefits of this class are:

  • This camp is at no cost to the participants.
  • The course will be online, as well as DLG's 3D Virtual Campus, Deep HoriXons.
  • The participant will earn 3 college credits for successfully completing this course and will have access to mentors during the 12-week period.
  • There are scholarships available if the participant decides to pursue a degree or certificate program in cybersecurity.

Who can sign up:

  • Current government employees 
  • Veterans and Active Military 
  • Public service employees

For those who participated in the DLG Summer CVAP program, the start date is:

  • Friday, October 13th

No prior experience is necessary. You will need access to a computer that has the ability to download the free software, Open Simulator, and access to the internet.
