In partnership with Save Our Sons, Discovery Lab Global (DLG), a not-for-profit organization, is offering an 2-week workforce development cyber camp to high school sophomores, juniors and seniors in the City of Knoxville.

Gain tangible technology skills, beginning with exposure to the virtual reality domain, and – more importantly – develope the essential “soft skills” that are valued by prospective employers.

  • Dates:  Monday, July 30th -Friday, August 10th (this is a 10 day/2 week camp)
  • Time: 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday
  • Flexibility: This camp is part time - students will have deadlines to work towards, as part of a team. 
  • Location: Classes are held at PSCC in the computer lab. Students must have reliable transportation to/from the camp each day.
  • Stipend: This opportunity as a full summer experience is valued at $460/student. Save Our Sons has provided a small stipend for students to earn while they learn! Those who are selected will earn up to $150* for their participation.
  • No Prior Experience is Necessary!
